CFSA| Solicit opinions on 10 new varieties of food additives including 4-α-glycosyltransferase

On February 18, according to the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, 9 new varieties of enzyme preparations for food industry including 4-α-glycosyltransferase and the application of food additive sucralose to expand the scope of use has passed the technical review of the expert review committee and is now open for public opinions. The deadline is March 8, 2021.
根据《食品添加剂新品种管理办法》和《食品添加剂新品种申报与受理规定》,4-α-糖基转移酶等9种食品工业用酶制剂新品种和食品添加剂三氯蔗糖扩大使用范围的申请,其安全性和工艺必要性已通过专家评审委员会技术审查(具体情况见附件),现公开征求意见。请于2020年3月8日前将相关意见反馈至我中心邮箱(zqyj@cfsa.net.cn),逾期将视为无意见。
